The Warden... The Warden is, well. He's a sadistic and childish Willy Wonka. That's really the simplest way to describe him. That, and he's pretty much the most narcissistic person you could ever meet.
He may think that everything he does is in benefit for the jail that he resides over, he has the most ridiculous mindset and comes up with the most ridiculous ideas. In fact, Superjail was one of those ideas, he had created it because he believed that real jail didn't really work, and he wanted to create Superjail also to slightly spite his father.
He also has a slight problem, he enjoys the company of females and even goes as far as having a deep infatuation for one co-worker (claiming to be absolutely in love with her, but able to still have sex with his rival without batting an eyelash the other way), but in the presence of another, he shows deep interest in them. Along with that... He simply enjoys everything that garners his own image, from his cars to his buildings, and even as far as weapons that he's created. Gosh, does he love his own face. ANother thing that he enjoys doing is that he actually does enjoy the killings that occur about the prison, and even made it to where he doesn't wish to miss an execution. He doesn't mind killing things, either, such as skinning a rabbit by accidentally petting its dead corpse too hard and not thinking twice of what he had just done. (He even wore it as a hat! 8D)
His ways stem pretty much from his youth. His father wasn't very attached to him and despite his attempts to impress his father, he was met with physical and verbal abuse. He was never really granted a childhood because of the fact that he had inhereted the jail at such a young age and his father tried to teach him that the jail that he was running was a very serious place.
However, despite the history he had with his father, he doesn't hold any of it to his father. In fact, he even cried when his father died. He also held no grudge to him, because of his father, he wouldn't have had the jail he has today. He is able to live out his life as he wishes to, and he can reclaim his childhood for as long as he lives. (Which is why he still acts like a child even way into his adult years.) But, there is the fact that he does have a slight parallel with his father. He treats his assistant in the same way that his father had treated his own, caring little about his own needs unless he is in agreement of him.
tl;dr! The Warden is a foreverchild who runs his prison as he wants to and he's in love with himself. And he also treats his assistant like absolute crap. YEAH.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
He wishes to get what he wants, because of his mindset of being the warden = getting everything. He was inhereted the What also melds into the treatement his father gave him, he reflects it on his own assitant... just as his father did to HIS assistant. He gives him basically poor treatment most of the time.
Another thing is how physically weak he really is. He has almost died multiple times in the series, and he's much weaker in comparison to many of the inhabitants of Superjail, falling back on his robot and his security guard for protection.
The biggest part, however, is that he is incredibly incredibly narcissistic. He exhibits many qualities of a narcissist, such as the enjoyment of his own image, his inability for boundaries, and the fact that he takes to exploiting his own workers to do what he wants.
[ Other Important Facts ] :
He's not quite human, which is kind of obvious considering some of the things he does, such as being able to transform into some object while he's conversing (he's morphed into objects such as a vehicle and a bee), and he also has the ability to distort reality, shown most of the time whenever he's explaining something by twisting his body or growing or shrinking in size... he can also make rainbows appear out of nowhere.
But these only happen while he's in Superjail, so that won't really be a problem now.Though I'd still lol if he could do the rainbows out of nowhere.

[Gosh, what a view what a view. There seems to be a man clad in a purple suit, purple top hat, and a magenta tie staring into the feed. He raises an eyebrow from behind his yellow shades, then pulls back, grinning and showing of the gap between his teeth.]

So... I have a feeling that I'm absolutely lost in this big, beautiful, underwater city.
Has anyone seen a giant ship, yellow... being flown by a bunch of snake-dragons?
[Yeah, he was even doign hand signals. He's great.

Well. [he scratches his chin.]
Then, I guess I should be asking how to get out of here! If anyone would like to point me to the nearest exit, I'd be absolutely delighted, or if my staff happens to be around it would be pretty great if you'd report in!
